Contact Troy as soon as possible! Even if it is a minor change and the price stays the same, please contact us so that we are aware of the change. If it is a major change and you need to cancel your order or add something that increases the price, contact us and we will help you work it out.
We offer a flat shipping rate of $7.95 for each order, to all 50 states in the United States, no matter how small or large your order is. Sorry… we do not ship outside of the United States.
All of our items are custom engraved, and are designed according to your specific requirements. We cannot accept returned items unless your items were damaged or lost during shipping. Please carefully review the proof before you give us your approval to engrave. If the layout engraved for your product(s) was other than what you approved in the proof, or if your product(s) were lost or damaged during shipping, please call us within 3 days of when you received the product(s) and we will give you instructions on returning your engraving(s).
We only ship to U.S. addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We ship by United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping. We offer a low flat shipping rate of $7.95. If you order several items, the rate does not go up. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
We can engrave photos on most materials, including wood, marble, granite, glass, acrylic, leather, fabric and most untreated metals.
No. We will not be able to engrave a copyrighted logo unless you receive the owner’s permission. As the customer, you are solely responsible for getting the owner’s permission to use copyrighted images.
Yes. You should always get permission from the original photographer of the photo before having it engraved or reproduced in any way.
The best file formats are PNG, PSD, JPG, JPEG, GIF, CDR, AI, or EPS. Images should be 300 DPI or higher
for the best quality.
